ClickThai Dictionary on CD

The 2010 Edition is now available for the first time in Thai-English. 46,878 Thai words with 57132 Englisch terms and 46,624 Transcription entrys. More than 21,000 of the Thai words are supplied with a sound file spoken by a native Thai speaker.

The CD contains no program and no electronic search, only HTML pages that are compatible with any operating system. Use it like a book. Info
One of the outstanding features: If you get a list of 10 different Thai words for a particular English term then you might not know which of them you should use. Not so with this dictionary: the results are sorted by relevance. The words used most frequently in the written language, are at the first places. If in doubt, just take one the first words where the full translation fit your requirements. Info

The mobile version of the ClickThai dictionary Thai-English for Pocket PC and Smartphone are available for the following operating systems:

New versions available (March 2013)

All versions have the full vocabulary of the CD version, and any sound files. No Internet connection is required for operation, all data is stored on the memory card of the mobile device (memory requirements about 400 MB).

The version for Apple iPhone and iPod Touch can only be ordered and installed via the App Store. The Android-Version is available at GooglePlay .
The Windows and the Symbian versions can be downloaded from here for free to try out. It is a limited program, which can be subsequently unlocked to the full version.
